Bleach your hair to a light blonde- you can buy bleach in any beauty or store like Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc. Big Lots even sells bleach. Make sure not to bleach your hair to light blonde in one try- that'll damage your hair for sure.

A good bleach to use is Special Effect's Atomic Pink. You can buy it on ebay for about $9 or so.

You'll have to bleach it first, so your hair is light enough to pick up the color pigment.

You can buy pink dye at Sally's...just ask a worker and they'll help you. I've also seen it at Walgreen's, and it's the whole kit, that even comes with the bleach for like $20. (they also have purple and green!)
